I'm planning to go to a festival downtown and was considering to OC. Has anyone ever done that at a festival? This festival is not held in casino but rather in a parking lot.

We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. If the parking lot is private property, they most certainly can, and probably would, ask an OC'er to leave. If the festival is on public property, like sidewalks and the Fremont Street Experience, than OC must be allowed.
The gray area (to me) is a permit to block off some public area temporarily. I don't know what authority that grants them for trespassing individuals.
