I will be hunting in Oregon for the first time. Nonresident tags are expensive at $375 for deer and $500 for elk. What are the approximate chances of finding them in the Bend hunting areas? No, I'm not asking you to guess how good I am at hunting, but maybe someone knows the percentage of hunters that fill their tags, or the animal density of the area?
