Beretta has announced they are moving out of Maryland, citing the new anti-gun laws as the motivation. http://www.opposingviews.com/i/society/guns/beretta-leaves-maryland-following-stricter-gun-laws

Given the probabilities of several states in Free America willing to give all sorts of incentives for Beretta to relocate, it is doubtful that the company will bring all/some/any of their current workforce with them.

If they actually do move I'll most likely purchase a new-stock Bobcat, Tomcat, or Nano as a BUG.

How far away is their Virginia warehouse? Room to just do the same with the factory? I would imagine they'd want to stay close if they can; could even keep many employees if they did.

Now to get Ruger to get the rest of their operations to their newer facilities in AZ, and get all the NY makers out to greener pastures, too. It's about time this became a trend.
