It has been a while since anyone has posted. I do see people perusing the forum, but no comments.

My question, after Calvo "did his thing" with the law, did anything change? Is anyone actually taking advantage of OC, and how is the Chief of Police handling it?

I have tried to make contact with people in Guam, but no luck so far.
