I have a good guess also, reminds me of the Utah trooper that came here and posted of arresting a person for wearing black clothes(impersonating). He couldn't figure why some of us were offended.

Per the pic the guy is a fan Of the transformer movie series... No crime there. His problem seems to be his talking with the cops and acknowledging that he sees other alter their behaviors upon seeing the car...

I too would alter my behavior upon seeing the Decepticon Barricade.

What it is that you're inferring? I thought that this stuff happens all the time on "cop shows."

Most of the cops in my little town's cop shop shave their head. It seems to be the style as of late.
