Madison Sheriff responds to funding concerns:

we said ‘Hey, our civil deputy doesn’t have a vehicle. Where can we get it?’ Well, we had just enough in that account to get it, so we got the car,”

So they bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze for $16,995 and traded in a 2002 Chevy Impala for $1,995

Where did they get the Impala to trade in?

The civil deputy lives outside the county.
