Mexican gun smugglers identified as the BATF itself by BATF employees!!

Yes Employees and insiders at the BATF are openly accusing the BATF of smuggling guns from the USA to Mexican drug runners to make it appear the guns from US gun shops and citizens are being sent to Mexico, when as accused the BATF was actually doing this to justify it's own budget and existence. For the many who forgot or didn't know, the WACO siege was named by the BATF as "Operation Show time" because congress was in the process of a vote to de-fund the BATF and close it forever, and turn over it's operations to the FBI. Also those who may remember when Ronald Regan ran for President he said he was going to shut down the BATF because of their history of criminal actions. Now once again the BATF has been caught committing felonies as accused by their own employees, or gun running and of a literal plan to smear American gun owners to once again thwart congress in it's plans to de-fund the BATF. Why is the Media covering this up?

More on the gun runner ATF fiasco. If they got away with this it would be a win win for the ATF, they would be able to get congress to enact more sweeping restriction's legal gun owners and get more funding.

This story has been out for several weeks. Those interested can start following this on the BATF's own gripe site: Cleanupbatf.org. The Whitehouse has been in the know for around 2 weeks now.

this, once again, points out that police are human and often worse criminals (and people) than the people they police.

i am realistic. i know everything is not black and white (but, it should be). there is a lot of grey area.

statistically, CPL holders are less likely to commit crime (per capita) than police.

i do not know where i am going with this, except to say these are the kind of people who police us. maybe they need to stop some real crime and clean up their own ranks before harassing good people.

The only serious threat to freedom is one's own .gov. So as to not let that cat out of the bag, the .gov creates a variety of bogeymen to distract one's attention. But sometimes they get caught in the act...

This story will get buried VERY quickly so that the sheep do not become aware of the true creators of the bogeymen.

Last Friday, Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) sent a letter to the ATF stating that his office had "received numerous allegations that the ATF sanctioned the sale of hundreds of assault weapons to suspected straw purchasers, who then allegedly transported these weapons throughout the Southwest border area and into Mexico."

Grassley asked for ATF officials to meet with his staff to discuss the matter, noting that "there are serious concerns that the ATF may have become careless, if not negligent, in implementing the Gunrunner strategy." Gunrunner is the name of the ATF operation to keep guns from entering Mexico.

On Monday, a concerned Grassley sent a follow-up letter, writing that while ATF had not yet responded to his request for a meeting, one of the whistleblowers that Grassley's office had been dealing with -- a current ATF employee -- was "allegedly accused... of misconduct" by his boss for talking with Senate staffers.
