Need a Gun Lawyer or Firm in North Dakota.

Hi Guys.
I have a friend or web acquaintance that has encountered an apparently dirty cop who is violating the freedom to transport weapons. I'm not sure what the laws there are, but here in Texas we can in fact transport weapons as long as they are not loaded and the weapon is not in plain sight.

If anyone has any names of lawyer that I can refer him to, please post them here.
