NM state Fair/Balloon fiesta/state bans after Bruen decision

It is surprising that no one is asking this question, but where is the lawsuits against NMAC 4.3.1.19 banning firearms in the NM State fair? Or other lawsuits against the city of Albuquerque for banning guns in the city parks, especially the Balloon Fiesta? Never mind bans on public transportation. It is clear after Bruen, that these firearm bans are unconstitutional. I have hard of no lawsuits to challenge these unconstitutional laws in NM. Justice Thomas specifically called out public areas, like parks, that can not be banned. Anyway, just tossing this out there.
