Noise suit filed against Peacemaker Range & Training Center

Even though it's in WV and even though there's a preemption law prohibiting noise suits against commercial ranges, a citizen of VIRGINIA filed a noise suit against Peacemaker and an activist, anti-gun judge not only didn't dismiss it he granted the most sweeping discovery many of us have ever seen. This allows the plaintts access to all of Peacemaker's: 4473's, corporate records, membership records including home addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers and any other information that Peacemaker may have --- all for a noise suit!

The plaintiffs are being represented by a California law firm and that's all we know at this time except that Peacemaker owner Cole McCulloch, a retired Marine, and his wife have sunk everything they have into making this a first class facility and this is now all threatened.

The individual members need to get together and each file a complaint against and for an injunction against the presiding judge.

I've got some other ideas. Need more information & esp. contact info for the attorneys involved. There's probably a few things I could do on my side of the border.

Aren't individual rulings like discovery and even refusal to dismiss in the face of clear legislative requirement to do so, subject to appeal before the case concludes?

With the weather improving I'll think I'll be helping the range out with a visit. I'm curious how close this person actually is to the range and if they're being put up to it by a vulture lawyer or an anti gun group.
