Class taken in Frederick, MD, although they offer classes in a variety of places around NoVa and MD.

One of my employees found the class and I took it with him.

I did enjoy the class, and the people who ran it did a very good job. Other than the instructor being incorrect about not being able to carry more than one gun, that is. There were about 75 people (with quite a few women) in the class and they got everyone's pictures taken quickly, had plenty of help for those who were apparently challenged by putting their proper particulars on the forms, etc..

Instructor did have a personal bias against OC and admitted it as such, so I can respect that. It was a concealed carry class after all. I like to listen with an open mind, make my own decisions and move on.

I guess that I have to ask the question that others are probably considering....how do you know that the instructor did a good job? Meaning, now you know that you were given incorrect information about lawful carry of multiple weapons. Perhaps there are other things said that were also incorrect and I'm just wondering how you would know that or not if you haven't yet "fact checked" other things that you were told.

It would seem that taking a class required for issuing a weapons permit would require that the instructor be correct about **everything** that he/she claims as a legal requirement or as being unlawful.

Worse....MMTA

The 'home page' of their website (LINK) requested an email address before it would let you proceed to their main site.... I gave them your email address!! :p

(Just kidding.... actually, I made up a rather derogatory one... )

They do have a *great* promotion video here.... it sounds like Mr Rogers talking to a bunch of kindergarteners.
