Hey all

Are the violations for OCing the same for CCW? Fines and such?

You seem to be confused. The penalty for concealed carry without a license is a felony, not a fine. The penalty for illegal OC can be set by the political subdivision, but I would expect it to be at least a 2nd degree misdemeanor. If you mean that you have your CCW, and you are in a subdivision that bands it without a permit, and you don't have yours on you, then it's exactly the same as for CCW without your permit on you, a 35 dollar fine.
