If a Church of Latter Day Saints’ house of worship or Temple, etc., then sign or no sign, Church doctrine/policy[ies] forbid firearms in their places of worship.

Chief, same mentality i mentioned previously...your religious band of local yokels ‘providing armed security’ meeting KY security guard statutes and who is providing liability and guidance?

I'm on the security force at my church.

There is no no gun policy at our church , and many of the congregation carry male and female.

There are no state wide requirements to be a security guard in ky.

At any rate most church security teams in my area are volunteer , receiving no pay so if their were any reqirements they would not apply.

Sign on the front door of the church..."Evil doers enter at your own risk."...or..."Evil Doers, armed disciples reside within, ready and willing to put you at the front of the line at the Pearly Gates..."
