Richard Gardiner is also a VCDL EM and happens to have been retained by Jim Webbs aide who got busted at the capitol with the senator's gun.

I'm the one that put this list together a couple years ago to help answer questions just like this thread. If anyone knows of other VA area Gun Friendly lawyers that want to be listed, just have them e-mail me the specifics (gun.lawyer at hkshooter dot net).

Notice that many members of the list deal in issues other than gun law, always good to have legal contacts available.
