Well that is at least what the guy told me that came storming out of the ticket booth and proceeded to call two Metro officers over (Not sure what he thought they would do?) and told me that no firearms are allowed because it is a gaming property. :uhoh: This was his only explanation. I found it particularly funny that not more than a few hundred feet was Bass Pro Shops whom is OC friendly and sells tons of items including, but not limited to, firearms, archery, knives, etc.
Well, I must admit, I am still new to OC. I'm a younger looking guy and I can already feel the eyeballs piercing me the few places I have gone. I thought a nice outdoor feast would be fine to have my firearm with me, but I guess not.
I did not want to cause a scene or start a debate. I put my firearm in my truck and went back to enjoy a nice sausage sandwich and helped my sister and my nephew have fun on the rides while I watched their stuff.
Oh...and this is my first post. Hi!
