It is good stuff. Not to take anything away from Citizen (or Spooner) however, it is not new, good stuff. The founders themselves were bitterly divided and full of political dirty tricks and shenanigans. It was certainly not divinely inspired.
I liked your reference to it being a tool. Much like a pistol, the outcome of its use is directly dependent on the training and skill of the user. I wish DC showed (a great deal) more skill.
You want improvements? How about an amendment in the spirit of Florida's preemption law? Knowingly violate the Constitution and suffer criminally and civilly without benefit of public-funded defense.
