Three teens come up to me and before they get within arm's length I'm saying, in my most socially appropriate voice, that they need to stop.

Three teens come up to me asking if I'm armed and I'm backing out of there.

(I'm old, fat, and crippled so my ability to back at speed and with agility is limited. Guess what I do to counter those deficits.)
