Depends on who's "Law".

To us Natrual law folks positive law for positive law sake doesn't measure up to the standard of Law.

So things legal because some magical authority figure(s) says it is so or because it when through the proper channels they allow to exist does not make it necessarily lawful and quite often is antithetical to true law.
