Not too far from where I live (a mile or so south):

Riot in Sherman Park Sat. 18JUN. A hundred or so teens involved, several arrested.
They said that the families who were there legally, had rented space for an event, were allowed to stay once the "kids" were quelled & dispersed.
Hmmm... could this have anything to do with "Juneteenth"?

As seen on WTMJ (MKE Ch. 4):
One person was injured in a shooting near Sherman Blvd. and Capitol Dr. early Sunday morning, the Milwaukee Police Department said.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Officers are still looking for suspects.

a) this is an easy stroll from my home
b) the shooter got away

Now tell me again how I'm paranoid, etc., for being concerned for my safety?
And then remind me how police protect people & prevent crime?
