We already know you're not the shiniest rock in the pond, so let me help you out.

A poll needs to be in the form of a question. Yours is not. Until it is, I refuse to play, and I'm willing to bet at least some other members feel the same way.

I'm very fortunate. I am the only machinist at the shop I work at. It is a very small company, only 7 of us. My boss is very pro 2nd, and so is the production manager/programer. The assembly guy carries frequently. Everyone there knows that I carry and don't mind if I OC. I don't usually carry while working, gun stays locked in my toolbox. But I do OC in to work and again when leaving.
It's a normal thing for everyone to see me doing this.

The average citizen has issues letting his work even let them conceal carry.

Nope. I wish I could, but I work on state property all day. Employees aren't allowed to carry.

If I had a concealed handgun permit, It's possible to "accidentally" forget that I have my gun. However, untill I'm over 21; no permit for me.

I've never actually asked, but being that their is a "no firearms" rule just in general, I don't carry at work.

That and my job doesn't lend itself well to any type of carrying anyway.

I work (part time) as night security at a five star hotel here in Pittsburgh and go to college three days a week.

My boss allows me to carry concealed while at work (midnight - 8am), but he feels that me OC'ing would make some of the guests feel uncomfortable.
Many of our guests are from very anti-gun states, so he does have a point.

I open carry to and from... keep it in a desk-mounted poly holster when I'm at the office.

Our company policy forbids firearms "except where allowed by law" ... so until they put in a "21 and over" section in the warehouse that serves alcohol I'm golden!
