That's all nice, but since this is a 'may issue' state the Sheriff can revoke your license for whatever he wants. Yes, it would be illegal, but good luck spending 20 grand suing to get it back...

While it was a PITA......I don't recall Mr. Mathis having to spend 20 grand.......
We all have to change our ways of looking at these issues....kinda' like the old addage "work with our heads, not our hands"
